The Regional Council of Vlore as PB4 of the project has organized on 31 january 2020 the project meeting in Vlore with the participation of all the partners. A field visit in one of the pilot sites also took place during this activity. The activity was promoted through official sites of the project and partners, as well as through the local media.

On 21- 22 January 2021 the Regional Council of Vlore has organized the info day of the project: The first day the activity focused on the participation of the farmers and the experts on agribusiness field and the main purpose was to show the results of the project at one of the pilot sites in Shamogjin-Novosele, Vlore while the second day was the dissemination of the results of the project to the local and regional institutions and universities. The second day activity was organized through the hybrid manner with the physical participation of the partners and the stakeholders and the online participation of the greek partners.
